Graduates of either the on-campus or online human resources degree program will be prepared to assist with employee hiring, compensation and benefit analysis, training and developing and/or employee relations. Courses include labor relations and collective bargaining, employee evaluation systems, human resource strategy, compensation, and personnel law.
