Notice of Accreditation & Title IV Legal Action

Federal regulations require public disclosure of any enforcement actions or prosecutions brought against the institution by a state or federal law enforcement agency in any matter where a final judgment against the institution, if rendered, would result in adverse action by an accrediting agency, revocation by the state authorization agency, or limitation, suspension or termination of eligibility under Title IV. Investigations that have not reached enforcement action or prosecution do not need to be disclosed. Regent University complies with this requirement and no such action is applicable at this time.

CARES ACT EMERGENCY RELIEF FUND INFORMATION

Regent University acknowledges that we have signed and returned the certification(s) and agreement form(s) and that the institution has used, or intends to use the funds to provide the mandated amount of aid in the form of emergency financial aid grants to students as per the requirements for each grant received.
