For the final candidates, at least two of the applicants’ references will be contacted by the hiring manager.
Human Resources will reach out to a candidate of any regular staff position to set up a phone interview appointment.
A background check will be requested prior to an offer of employment. The potential candidate will be notified via email to provide necessary background check information and authorization. Human Resources will process the background check and notify the hiring manager upon completion.
Once all employment considerations have been approved by Human Resources and the department head, an offer of employment may be extended to the selected candidate.
