“I enjoyed how my professors took a personal interest in my success as a student. They were encouragers, listeners, and showed servant leadership.”
Jeff Radford, DSL, 2007
“My mentor is guiding my thinking process by giving me great wisdom on how to navigate through the job hunting process and interview process as well. He is also helping me to shape more into the leader that I desire to become in the workplace. I think this mentor program is very beneficial, especially when the mentee has a great match with a mentor that fits their needs. I personally have benefited and grown so much because I was paired with someone who met my spiritual and professional goals and has had the experience to guide me to where I am today.”
Adriana Pounds, Ph.D. Organizational Leadership, 2024 Mentee
“I am grateful for the mentorship I've received, which has been a transformative experience in my professional and personal growth. My mentor generously dedicated time to support and inspire me, offering invaluable perspectives that encouraged me to think outside the box. This guidance was crucial in helping me navigate my career options and prepare effectively for the job market. The mentorship program connected me with a professional who was genuinely interested in my success and also provided a platform for continuous learning and development. This experience has equipped me with practical tools and insights. I am deeply appreciative of this mentorship and the lasting impact it has had on my life.”
Iyad Arusi, MBA, 2023 Mentee
“My mentor is very encouraging, helps me evaluate options after I graduate, and provides perspective, information, and wise options for right now and for the future. The program is very valuable. It helps students have a perspective of what is happening in the real world now. Having a mentor as a guide is key to our success and our decision-making for the future! I very much appreciate my mentor and the mentor program! Thank you.”
Faith Huertas, MBA, 2024 Mentee
“God is setting up students with an incredible program at Regent, under the guidance of outstanding professors. I believe I can do just about anything with my Regent degree.”
