COMMISSIONING CEREMONY DETAILS

Date & Time: Friday, May 8, 2020, 9:30 a.m.

Congratulations! You have made it to graduation! We are excited that you have decided to join us for our virtual Commissioning service.

To commission someone is “to entrust, or to give authority” or “to appoint or assign to a task or function.” Within the context of our graduation, commissioning is a sacred and holy time of consecration, reflection and prayer.

The virtual service that will be streamed on this page will prayerfully commission you to serve the world as a Christian leader in your chosen field. The schedule includes:

  • A welcome
  • An address from the Dean
  • Academic award recipients
  • Congratulatory remarks from our Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Gerson Moreno-Riaño
  • A commissioning address from our Founder and Chancellor, Dr. M.G. “Pat” Robertson
  • Closing and prayer

TIMING

The ceremony will begin promptly at 9:30 a.m.
