“It was such a stretching experience to interact with people from the corporate world, small business and the military. My perspective on leadership practice is much richer and diverse.”

Harvey Herman, Ph.D., 2007 Strategic Leadership

“The whole concept at Regent was, if you are pursuing administration in the public interest, you aren't just doing it to be a bureaucrat, but to serve those around you. You have to be engaged and know what you believe when you go into it, to stand up for what you think is right.”

Andrew Owen, MPA, 2017 Deputy Treasurer, City of Suffolk

“Honors College classes are much more focused on discussion and working with others to solve a problem. My experience was different from school: Instead of reading other peoples' data and writing a report on it, you're forming your own data and then reporting that.”

Allison Hodgkins, College of Arts & Sciences, 2022

“My internship at Regent enabled me to put my book knowledge into a real-world experience that helped me grow professionally. Now, I am more confident that I bring a unique set of skills employers seek. ”

Jessica Stachurski, B.A. in Communication Studies - Strategic Communication, 2020 Marketing Manager, Orphan Network

“Regent gave me the skills I needed and prepared me for the work I’m doing now.”

Stryker Watts, B.S. in Business - Marketing, 2013 Senior Manager, Deposit & Regional Marketing, First Republic Bank
