Intramural Sports

You can still participate in intramural sports with your peers, even if you are not on a sports team. Intramural sports refer to organized sports activities within the institution. Chapel Services

Your spiritual development is one of Regent’s core focuses as a leading Christian university. We offer you various avenues for spiritual growth, such as chapel services, Connect groups, and discipleship. Chapel is a weekly service on Wednesdays at noon for worship and a sermon message. UnChapel is also a weekly student-led service on Thursday nights at 8 p.m. consisting of prayer, worship, and a sermon that connects with your heart and mind. Campus ministries also offer a Night of Worship and campus prayer events.

Service Outreach

Recently, Regent students helped Operation Blessing bring disaster relief kits to victims of Hurricane Idalia. Hundreds of disaster relief kits were made and transported to the area in need.

For example, the student club, RU Serving, is all about connecting Regent students with the wider Virginia Beach community, offering them opportunities to volunteer.
