Regent University Honored as a “Great College to Work For®” for the Fifteenth Year
VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (Sept. 11, 2023) – For the 15th time, Regent University is being recognized as a Great College to Work For®, receiving top-tier “Honor Roll” status in all 10 categories for 2023.
The Great College to Work For® designation is awarded annually by The Chronicle of Higher Education, a leading trade publication for academics.
The results, released today, were based on The Modern Think Higher Education Insight Survey© which uses employee survey responses and comments, as well as workplace data and policies to measure employee satisfaction.
“This distinction is a remarkable honor and an important feedback tool because it measures the satisfaction of our faculty and staff,” said Martha Smith, Vice President for Human Resources and Administration. “It is our goal to serve and invest in our employees with excellence, innovation, and integrity.
