Notice to Return Form

This form is intended for use only by graduate and non-traditional undergraduate (25 years old or older) students currently assigned to the Regent Village.

This form gives official notice to the Office of Residence Life that students do not plan on residing in their housing assignments over the summer semester, but they would like to return to their housing assignments in the fall.

This form is not for use by traditional-age undergraduate students (24 years old or younger) residing in Regent Commons or Regent Village as their on-campus housing agreement is for the academic year term (mid/late August through early May) and will automatically terminate in early May (date contingent upon a given academic year’s calendar). This form must be completed by April 1st.

ADDITIONAL NOTE

Unless otherwise specified by the Office of Residence Life, students will be assigned to the same housing assignment for the upcoming fall semester as they were during the previous semester/academic year. If you are not planning on returning to housing for the upcoming fall semester, please submit a Notice to Vacate form instead.
