Professor James Duane’s article The Right to Remain Silent is approaching 2,800 downloads.

Professor Craig Stern’s article The Heart of Mens Rea has now been downloaded more than 700 times.

Professor Lynne Marie Kohm’s 1998 article The Rising Tide of Juvenile Violence: The Natural Disaster of Values Free Culture, Education and Families? was recently listed on SSRN’s Top Ten download list for WGSRN: Estimating Costs of Violence (Sub-Topic), and the Top Ten list for SIRN: IDA (Families with Children) (Sub-Topic) Top Ten.

Professor Natt Gantt has been invited to present “Developing ASP Programming that Fosters Student Professional Formation” at the 2018 AASE Conference held on Tuesday May 22-Thursday May 24 at Saint Louis University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri.

Director Marie Summerlin Hamm’s article, Increasing Your “App” titude: Legal Research Apps for Virginia Practitioners, 62 Va. Law. 45 (Dec. 2013) was recently cited in George B. Delta and Jeffrey H. Matsuura, The Law of the Internet § 17.06 (Aspen Publishers, 4th ed., 2018).

Associate Professor Gloria Whittico’s piece ‘If Past Is Prologue’: Toward the Development of a New ‘Freedom Suit’ for the Remediation of Foster Care Disproportionalities Among African-American Children, 43 Capital University L. Rev. 407 (2015) was also recently cited.

Professor Jeffrey Brauch published and posted Three Role Models of Leadership for the Law School Dean. It was also recently listed on SSRN’s Top Ten download list for: AARN: Schools (Topic).
