B.A. in Leadership Studies – Self-Designed

The Bachelor of Arts in Leadership Studies with an emphasis in Self-Designed, available only online, will prepare you to lead in a variety of roles in your career, with a solid foundation in innovative leadership, ethics, strategic planning and decision making. Through this self-designed opportunity you may customize your courses to meet your unique area of interest. No matter how you design your courses, you will be challenged in problem-solving, creative thinking and principled leadership, all from a Christian perspective.

  • The emphasis must be made up of 15 credit hours all within the same discipline and all taken at Regent.
  • You will submit a petition with the proposed courses and a rationale for why the self-designed cognate field is the best option for your career path.
  • Self-designed cognates must be approved by your academic advisor and the Chair of the Business, Leadership, and Management department.

Career Opportunities: You will be well-prepared to think, communicate and lead effectively in your chosen area.
