Undergraduate Transfer Process
For students with 15 or more transferable college credits.
1. Fill out our online application.

2. Send us your official transcripts.
Regent has partnered with DocuSign to offer a secure, electronic way for your previous college transcripts to be delivered on your behalf when you submit your application for admission. Begin the transcript request process now.
Note: We are unable to request high school transcripts for you. Please order your official high school transcripts and have them sent to Regent. Read homeschooled student transcript tips.
In some cases an admissions decision can be made from an unofficial transcript. Contact your enrollment counselor for details.
3. Deliver your SAT/ACT/CLT scores to Regent.
Applies if you have been out of high school for less than 5 years.
4. Personal Statement (part of the online application)
In the online application you will be asked to respond to one of the following topics in 250 to 500 words.
Use our Online Transfer Evaluation Database (Online T.E.D.) to determine if your credits earned at another institution will transfer.
