Undergraduate College Admissions Process

*Note: This is the application process for traditional incoming freshman including current high school seniors or students age 23 or younger with fewer than 15 transferable college credits.

1. Fill out our online application.
$50 non-refundable application fee applies.

2. Send us your official transcripts.
Regent has partnered with DocuSign to offer a secure, electronic way for your previous college transcripts to be delivered on your behalf when you submit your application for admission. Begin the transcript request process now.

Note: We are unable to request high school transcripts for you. Please order your official high school transcripts and have them sent to Regent. Read homeschooled student transcript tips.

3. Deliver your SAT/ACT/CLT scores to Regent.
Applies if the student has been out of high school for less than 5 years.

4. Personal Statement (part of the online application)

In two paragraphs, please briefly but thoughtfully describe your testament of faith in God.

For example, you may describe what your relationship with Christ means to you or explain how you knew you wanted Him to be part of your life. Your response will help us better understand your personal spiritual journey.

What’s Next?

As soon as your application is completed and the application fee is paid, you will receive an introductory email and phone call from your enrollment counselor. If you have not submitted any of the items outlined in the steps above, you will need to submit them in order to be considered for admission.

You will be contacted by your enrollment counselor when a decision has been made. If you’re admitted, you’ll receive instructions on how to complete the online Enrollment Agreement and Housing Application (if applicable).

All first-year freshmen in the Traditional Campus Program are required to live on-campus (unless they live within a 25 mile radius of Regent). To guarantee priority housing in the Commons, students must complete the following steps by May 1:

Step 1: Must be accepted for admission to Regent by April 25 to meet this housing deadline.

Step 2: After acceptance is confirmed, must submit the online Enrollment Agreement and Housing Application (if applicable), and pay appropriate deposits online.
