The human resource management emphasis provides a strong general business foundation and additional courses in human resources to help prepare those entering the human resource management profession. As potential stewards of the organization's human capital, students will also study biblical principles applicable to such a significant role.
Graduates of the human resource management emphasis may be involved with employee hiring, compensation and benefit analysis, training and developing, and/or employee relations. Regent University offers excellent preparation for these tasks with coursework in collective bargaining, employee evaluation systems, human resource strategy, compensation, and personnel law.
