A key factor in advancing the field of leadership and improving the leadership skills of professionals worldwide is the timely dissemination of relevant and innovative research. All of our publications are designed to stimulate scholarly debate, as both secular and biblical principles are integrated to advance the field of leadership. All of our online publications are provided at no charge.

Our journal articles may be reprinted in accordance with the doctrine of fair use as described in the U.S. Copyright Law. Anyone wishing to reprint School of Business & Leadership articles for commercial use or monetary gain must request permission and pay the associated fee.

Emerging Leadership Journeys (ELJ) is an academic journal that provides a forum for emerging scholars in the field of leadership studies. Contributors to this journal are Ph.D. students enrolled in the Organizational Leadership program in Regent University’s School of Business & Leadership. ELJ is not accepting article submissions at this time.

Offering insights to successful global business practices, the Regent Global Business Review (RGBR)  provides a strategic perspective for entrepreneurs and business executives, incorporating a values-centric, biblical worldview. RGBR is not accepting article submissions at this time.

Inner Resources for Leaders is a popular-press magazine that explores leadership and Christian spirituality taking its readers beyond mere leadership theories and models on an inward journey to the very heart of leadership. Inner Resources is not accepting article submissions at this time.

The International Journal of Leadership Studies (IJLS) provides a forum for leadership scholars within the United States and around the world by publishing theoretically grounded research that enhances knowledge and understanding of the phenomenon of leadership at all levels within a variety of industries and organizations. IJLS is not accepting article submissions at this time.

The Journal of Biblical Perspectives in Leadership (JBPL) is a refereed scholarly journal that aims to provide a forum for international research and exploration of leadership studies focused on the Hebrew and Christian Scriptures. JBPL is currently accepting article submissions.

The Journal of Practical Consulting (JPC) provides an online forum for dialogue, dissemination, exploration and examination of innovative insights, practical applications and emerging trends, tools and techniques in the world of consulting. JPC is not accepting article submissions at this time.

The Journal of Strategic Leadership (JSL) provides a forum for leadership practitioners and students around the world by publishing applied articles that enhance knowledge and understanding of the phenomenon of strategic leadership at all levels within a variety of industries and organizations. JSL is not accepting article submissions at this time.

The Journal of Transformative Innovation (JTI) is an international online refereed journal that explores innovation and next-practices through insightful articles representing new contributions to the understanding of historical and contemporary innovation environments, inclusive of intentionally Christian perspectives.

Leadership Advance Online (LAO) offers practical insights and forethought into the multidisciplinary world of leadership to address both current and future leadership challenges in the workplace. LAO is not accepting article submissions at this time.

The Journal of Virtues & Leadership (JVL) is an international, refereed journal that examines the good that exists in the world by highlighting the virtues and the deep connection of the human spirit within a leadership context. The articles in JVL are intended to inspire individuals to look within to who they are as a leader and be encouraged to lead from a virtues perspective. JVL is not accepting article submissions at this time.

REAL (Revista de Estudios Avanzados de Liderazgo) is an academic and international refereed publication dedicated to the dissemination of theory, research, application and progress in the field of leadership studies. REAL seeks contributions written in Castilian (Spanish) on the dynamics of leadership in various organizations such as nonprofit organizations, business and industry, government and public administration, labor, community, religious organizations, public opinion leaders, military and security forces, etc. REAL is not accepting article submissions at this time.

REAL (Revista de Estudios Avanzados de Liderazgo) es una publicación arbitrada académicas e internacionales dedicados a la difusión de la teoría, la investigación, aplicación y los avances en el campo de los estudios de liderazgo. Welcome to the Proceedings of the Regent Research Roundtables. In addition to presentations of empirical studies, the Roundtable format allows presenters to discuss new concepts, possible future research topics, consulting methods, new teaching methods, and panel discussions of topics that are of interest to our academic communities.
