Regent University School of Law Named to preLaw Magazine’s 2023 Top Twenty Best Value Private Law Schools
VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (Oct. 11, 2023) – Regent University School of Law has been recognized in preLaw Magazine’s Best Value Law Schools Fall 2023 issue. National Jurist’s preLaw Magazine is a trusted source for news and evaluations of law school programs that empower aspiring attorneys and law students to make better career decisions.
That publication ranked Regent Law as the 12th Best Value Private Law School in the nation, ahead of Notre Dame Law (13th), University of Richmond (17th), and Baylor University (18th). PreLaw Magazine assessed law schools based on bar exam performance, employment outcomes, and cost to determine the rankings.

This accolade is the latest of several from National Jurist’s preLaw Magazine. Earlier this year, that publication’s “Best of” edition named Regent Law to the following lists:
- #2 Best Law School in the Nation for Public Service in Government, 2023
- #9 Best Law School Moot Court Program in the Nation, 2022-2023
- “A” rating (Top 25) Law School Human Rights Program, 2023
