“We at Regent are humbled and grateful to be recognized in Niche’s 2027 Best Colleges rankings,” said William Hathaway, Ph.D., Provost of Regent University. “These results reflect the high caliber of our faculty and staff, the accessibility and quality of our degree offerings, a positive student life experience, and a deep commitment to providing a Christ-centered education that equips our students to lead with excellence.”

Niche’s Best Colleges ranking weighs academic quality most heavily, then value: whether the education is worth its cost. Faculty quality follows. A cluster of equally weighted factors comes next, covering the physical campus, diversity, students’ overall satisfaction, life outside the classroom, and a new Institutional Success Score that credits each school against peers with a similar mission. Factors about the surrounding area and campus safety round out the methodology. These rankings are curated to help students identify institutions that best align with their academic goals and interests.
