Find Your Voice Scholarship Competition: Public Voting is Open to Win a Full Scholarship to Regent University

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (Feb. 8, 2024) – Regent University’s Find Your Voice Scholarship Competition has entered the voting period to ultimately award four singers full scholarships to Regent University, beginning in Fall 2024.

One singer from each vocal group (soprano, alto, tenor, and bass) will earn a spot on Regent’s premier acapella ensemble – the Regent University Singers – and win a full-ride scholarship that covers 100% of their undergraduate tuition for four years.

Right now, the Find Your Voice semi-finalists are depending on you to keep them in this competition and hopefully win this once in a lifetime opportunity.

Here’s how you vote:

  1. Visit regent.edu/votefyv: Here, you will have the opportunity to check out the vocal submissions of the singers who were selected as semi-finalists.
  2. Cast Your Vote: Click on the “vote” button linked to the singer that you would like to move forward. Only one vote per vocal group will be allowed.
  3. Share with Your Friends: Share the link to help your favorite singer earn votes. Finalists will be announced soon after the voting closes on March 1, 2024, on regent.edu/findyourvoice.

Finalists will receive a trip to Virginia Beach to participate in College Preview Weekend from March 21-23, 2024. The competition ends with a live audition and a big announcement of the four winners.

“The interest and talent that the Find Your Voice Scholarship Competition has generated is incredibly energizing,” said Gary Spell, Director of the Institute of Music & Worship. “A full scholarship and a coveted spot with the Regent Singers—that’s life changing! I just can’t wait to meet these artists and to be a part of their stories as they realize their true calling.”
