Military Student Feedback Systems
At Regent University, we pledge to make every possible effort to be military-friendly. If you have a problem or concern that you feel has not been adequately addressed, we welcome your feedback so that we can internally create a resolution. VA and DoD have also launched student feedback systems. Feedback received by VA/DoD is entered into a case management system and reviewed by VA/DoD personnel. VA/DoD will forward relevant feedback to educational institutions and ask for a response within 90 days. When possible, VA will work with the school and student to reach a desired outcome that satisfies both parties.
