Claire Foster is Executive Vice President for Enrollment Services at Regent University.
Foster oversees the award-winning marketing, public relations, and enrollment management teams at Regent. She is responsible for the university brand and communication strategy, and directs all student recruitment and enrollment initiatives. Foster is also adjunct faculty in the School of Business & Leadership at Regent, where she develops and instructs digital marketing courses in the MBA program.
Recognized for her expertise in enrollment marketing and strategic growth initiatives, Foster has more than 15 years of experience in the higher education sector, and has authored and edited numerous publications. Her career highlights include serving on the executive staff for both the founder of Liberty University and the founder of Regent University. In 2021, Foster received the prestigious Top 40 Under 40 award from Inside Business. Fierce Education also honored her as a next generation higher education leader.
Foster holds a Bachelor of Music and a Master of Business Administration from Liberty University, where she received the dean’s list distinction and the prestigious honors scholar designation. Foster is a doctoral candidate pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership at Regent University. She and her husband, Jimmy, have 5 children.
