Teaching and Learning Technology Support functions are now handled by the Information Technology department. If you need assistance with anything related to educational technology – Blackboard, Collaborate, Panopto, VoiceThread, Respondus, Media Services, classroom equipment, etc. – please contact the IT Help Desk at email@example.com or 757.352.4076.
Additional on-demand resources are available online through the TLTS portal page, RU Resources tab in Blackboard, the pop-up help icon in Blackboard, or the Blackboard Support Center at https://bbsupport.regent.edu. The latter offers 24/7 phone & chat support, as well as a searchable knowledgebase covering the most common support questions.
