Albert Ball, Ph.D.

Bio

Dr. Albert Ball earned a Ph.D. in Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University and served as the Dean of the Fisher School of Technology at Hodges University in Naples, Florida. He is retired from the U.S. Navy. He has worked in the technology industry for over twenty years, holding several positions, including network administration, database administration, PC technician, and programmer.

His research interest includes all aspects of cyber security. He believes that technology is pervasive in every aspect of our lives. As such, Christians must gain an understanding of how the social, moral, and integrity implications of technology impact us daily. Therefore, the Christian technology student must learn not only the premises and precepts of good technology practice and implementations but must also learn to integrate biblical concepts such as wisdom, stewardship, justice, righteousness, and integrity into their daily interactions as well.
