MA Script Writing allows entry into the program every eight weeks, with a total of five starts.

Regent University's Office of the Registrar is requesting your official transcripts from your degree-granting institution. We are able to examine and view your unofficial transcript in order to gain you an admissions decision. Please submit your unofficial transcript to our Admissions Office by email to email@example.com using the subject line: COM Master's Application Pieces.
Part One: In 750-1000 words, please write an essay about yourself, including your artistic, professional and spiritual journeys. Explain why you want to pursue the M.A. in Film & Television, with a concentration in script writing. In your essay, discuss your personal, professional, artistic and spiritual goals. What kinds of scripts do you want to write? How do you think this degree will prepare you for the media work God has planned for you? Write in a professional manner as we will evaluate this essay as a partial writing sample for admissions.
Part Two: Please submit a writing sample showcasing your story skills; we are looking for well-structured, thematically positive, character oriented material. Submit at least five pages of a screenplay, teleplay or stage play. All scripts must be in proper script format. Scripts are preferred, but in lieu of a script, a section of a novel or short story (at least five pages) may be submitted.
At the bottom of your essay document please include the contact information (phone number, email and title) for two professional or educational references. These should be people who would be willing to provide our faculty with a verbal recommendation should they need to be contacted.
Submit both writing samples and references (as one document) electronically to an admissions counselor at firstname.lastname@example.org using the subject line: SCA Masters Application Pieces.
