Objectives
The MBA Advisory Board takes on the following objectives to help prepare future entrepreneurs and industry executives for business success:
Diversified EXPERTISE
We will actively seek and recruit industry leaders, accomplished professionals, and subject matter experts who can offer invaluable insights and guidance. By diversifying the skill sets and backgrounds represented on the board, we aim to cultivate a broad range of perspectives that effectively address the evolving needs of our MBA students and the dynamic landscape of modern business. We strongly believe that a commitment to integrity, service, and ethical leadership—central tenets of our Christian faith—must guide our selection of advisory board members.
Curriculum Input
Our approach for the MBA Advisory Board will closely align with the program’s core objectives and priorities. We will establish regular communication channels to ensure continuous collaboration between the board and program leadership. By maintaining a clear understanding of the program’s vision, curriculum enhancements, and industry trends, the board will be well-positioned to offer constructive input and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
FOSTERING ENGAGEMENT
A central objective is to foster active engagement between the MBA Advisory Board and our students. By involving board members in student initiatives—such as guest lectures, participation in the MBA Association, and our Executive Mentorship program—we will provide students with access to critical resources and professional networks, enriching their educational experience. We will also emphasize the importance of service and stewardship, encouraging students to engage in activities that reflect our faith-based commitment to serving others.
EXPANDING NETWORK
Our Christian values encourage us to cultivate relationships that promote community, collaboration, and support among all stakeholders. By facilitating meaningful interactions among advisory board members and both external and internal stakeholders, we aim to create significant value and positive impact for all involved.
