Official Rules & Regulations — Mr. Talkbox Giveaway
Scholarship – Regent University will provide a $500 scholarship for everyone who fills out the form, and one (1) $10,000 tuition-only scholarship per agreement term — designated to one (1) eligible winner randomly selected by Regent University who submits an inquiry using Mr. Talkbox’s sourced link or by mail-in entry.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Participation is open exclusively to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. If under 18, entrant will need a parent or legal guardian’s consent to participate. Void in Florida, New York, Puerto Rico, and any other jurisdiction where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.
Sponsor – Regent University, 1000 Regent University Drive, Virginia Beach, Virginia, 23464 (“Sponsor”) is the Sponsor and operator of the Giveaway and is solely responsible for its administration and fulfillment.
Eligibility – The Giveaway is available solely to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. Current Regent University students, along with employees and employees’ immediate family (spouse, parents, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children, grandchildren, or household members) of Sponsor and any affiliate — including The Christian Broadcasting Network, Inc., Operation Blessing International Relief and Development Corporation, and Founders Conference Center, LLC — are not eligible. The winner is responsible for all state, federal, and local taxes and all other costs of attending Regent University.
Giveaway Period – The Entry Period begins at 12:00 p.m. ET on June 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on June 30, 2026. The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device. Entries must be submitted prior to the end of the Entry Period.
How to Enter
Method 1 — Online: During the Entry Period, complete the online entry form at explore.regent.edu/talkbox with all required information.
Method 2 — Mail-In: Handwrite your full name, complete postal address (including ZIP), home phone number, email address, and the phrase “Mr. Talkbox Giveaway” on a 3½″ × 5″ card. Mail it, with appropriate postage, to Regent University, ATTN: National Recruitment, 1000 Regent University Drive, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23464. Postmarked by 06/15/2026 and received by 06/30/2026. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
Winner Selection & Notification – Around July 6, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be randomly chosen from all eligible entries. The Sponsor will notify the selected individual on or around July 13, 2026, using the email address or phone number provided. The potential winner must verify eligibility, including age and residency, and respond within two business days.
Prize – One (1) winner will receive a $10,000 tuition-only scholarship, awarded upon validation of eligibility, after which $1,250 will be applied toward tuition for eight (8) consecutive semesters at Regent University, provided all enrollment and financial-aid requirements are met. A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.00 is required for renewal. The recipient is responsible for any remaining balance, including all applicable fees and room and board, and must enroll as a full-time, degree-seeking student (certificate programs excluded) and complete Semester Check-In no later than August 21, 2026. The prize is non-transferable. Winners receive an IRS Form 1099; all taxes are the winner’s responsibility.
Governing Law – The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of Virginia. All claims shall be brought in the Circuit Court of Virginia Beach, Virginia, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Norfolk Division. Void where prohibited.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules or to suspend or cancel the Giveaway in its sole discretion. Failure to enforce any term is not a waiver. If any provision is held invalid, it shall be struck and the remaining provisions enforced.
