Danielle Kreassig, Ed.D.

Bio

Dr. Danielle Kreassig serves as an assistant professor in the School of Education. Dr. Kreassig has worked at all levels of public instruction as an Instructional Specialist, K-12 Curriculum Specialist, Secondary Literacy Coach, Reading Specialist, and always as a teacher. She holds a doctorate from George Washington University, master’s degrees in two areas of education, and is certified in TESOL. Her research focus and goal at Regent University is to improve teachers’ preparation in the field of reading to better support struggling readers, especially in secondary classrooms.
