This training on “Policies, Procedures & Legal Issues” is for new supervisors at Regent University or those that need a refresher on legal issues and Regent’s policies and expectations of supervisors. We will discuss areas of progressive discipline, hiring, employee performance, state and federal laws, and how they impact you and the university.
