Public Lecture: The Inauguration of the Lester Ruth Praise and Worship Collection

The School of Divinity is honored to host the inauguration of the Lester Ruth Praise and Worship Collection, a generous gift to the university library establishing a dedicated resource for the study of praise and worship. To mark the occasion, the public is warmly invited to a special lecture by the collection’s namesake and distinguished guest, Dr. Lester Ruth — research professor of Christian worship at Duke Divinity School and a leading historian of the praise and worship movement. Students, faculty, worship leaders, pastors, and the wider community are all welcome.
