Leadership Unleashed Week 2 – Emotional Intelligence
In today’s complex and rapidly evolving world, leadership skills are more crucial than ever for personal, professional, and societal success. “Leadership Unleashed: Foundations for Strong Leadership” is a program series designed for students that focuses on cultivating essential leadership qualities through the dual lenses of life coaching and career coaching. This program aims to equip students with robust skills and knowledge that will prepare them for leadership roles in their personal lives, future careers, and communities.
During this second week we will cover understanding and managing personal emotions, recognizing emotional cues in others, Christ Centered Cultural Intelligence (CCCI), and enhancing leadership effectiveness through emotional intelligence.
