SACS and Regent University require all faculty and adjunct faculty employed by Regent University to have “official transcripts” on file in the Human Resources Department. All degrees above and beyond the undergraduate level (master’s and doctorate) will be required. If the faculty member does not have a terminal degree, then the undergraduate degree may be required. Contact each school’s faculty administrator for specific degree requirements.
Please have all transcripts sent to the appropriate address listed under the applicant’s school or department below. It will be the school or department’s responsibility to provide Human Resources with the applicant’s transcripts when received. These addresses will also be used for current faculty and adjunct faculty employed by Regent.

NOTE: Payroll will send the new employee an email regarding federal and state tax forms as well as direct deposit information. Paper documentation is not necessary.
