Catering Request

Use this form for all on-campus special events requiring catering or food services. This includes schools, departments, centers, Regent-hosted outside groups, and regular outside groups. The Regent Ordinary Dining Services has the first right of refusal to cater any event held on-campus.

For Regent-hosted events: All Catering Request Forms must be authorized by a cost center manager and submitted two weeks prior to the event date. Please see the Catering Policy before completing the form.

Student Organizations only: Student organizations must complete the Student Organization Event Application and should not complete this form. Laura Ivey, Event Logistics Manager, will work with your group for all catering needs.

All “event information” fields are required. Please complete a separate request for each meal.

  1.   For Regent events: I have read the Regent University Campus Catering Policy. I agree to submit guaranteed guest count 7 business days before event. I agree to leave all serving dishes, trays, tongs, and containers after the event; I will call for to-go containers, if needed, or supply my own.
  2.   It is important that each event coordinator requests adequate number of food/beverage tables from housekeeping based on the catering order and the Ordinary’s needs. All food/beverage tables consist of table, cloth, skirt, and plastic and are requested via the Set-Up Form. No set up changes are permitted by housekeeping 48 hours before the event.

    Here are general estimates to keep in mind:

    50 or below attendees: 1 6ft. rectangle for drinks + 3 for food
    50 - 125 attendees: 2 6ft. rectangle for drinks + 4 for food
    125 + attendees: contact the Ordinary to customized based on food order
