Admissions Event for High School & Transfer Students

Discover Regent Day is a FREE event filled with information about student life, academics, how to access financial aid and our admissions process. A campus visit is the best way to know if a college is the perfect fit for you. Join us for a Discover Regent Day to answer that question!

This event is for individuals who are currently high school or transfer students (age 24 or younger) who are looking to obtain an associate or bachelor’s degree at Regent University.

Registration and breakfast begin at 8:30 a.m. in our beautiful Robertson Hall building. The event begins promptly at 9 a.m. Optional sessions follow lunch and conclude around 4 p.m. A schedule will be provided the day of the event.

You’ll also have the chance to meet some of our award-winning faculty, learn about our housing options, and meet with an enrollment counselor to have your questions answered!



During this event you will:

  • Have your application fee waived ($50 savings)
  • Sit-in on a class
  • Meet our faculty
  • Hear from current Regent students and Student Life staff
  • Find out important information about the financial aid process and deadlines
  • Learn about how to apply for available scholarships and grants
  • Go on a guided tour of campus and housing at Regent Commons
  • Enjoy a complimentary lunch on us!
  • Optional in-depth tour of our School of Communication & the Arts facilities

Directions to the Regent University Campus

Regent University is located in Virginia Beach, which is part of the greater Hampton Roads area.

When traveling on Interstate 64 in Southside Hampton Roads:

  • Take the East Indian River Road exit (286B).
  • If you are staying at The Founders Inn and Spa, note that you will see it on your right at the first traffic light (Regent University Drive). The entrance to The Founders Inn also offers access to the Regent campus.
  • If you are checking in directly at the Welcome Center, turn right at the second traffic light (Centerville Turnpike), right at CBN University Drive, and left into the parking area at the School of Communication & the Arts Building or the School of Divinity Building/Welcome Center.

Ample free parking is available in the lots marked “L,” “K” and “N” for the duration of your visit. Free parking is also available for guests of The Founders Inn and Spa.

Regent is easily accessible from both the Norfolk International Airport and the Greyhound Bus Terminal, both just 15 minutes away.

If traveling to Virginia Beach by air, you may take advantage of Norfolk International Airport (ORF), which offers convenient connections to most major U.S. airports. You may also choose to fly in to Newport News/Williamsburg International Airport

Airport Shuttle: The Founders Inn and Spa provides a shuttle service for individuals traveling via the Norfolk International Airport ($10 each way). Please contact Founders Inn to coordinate transportation.

The Regent University Theatre has been serving our local community for more than 30 years by providing inspiring and thought provoking entertainment of the highest caliber. Productions range from Broadway musicals and the classics, to touching dramas and modern comedies. Audiences are delighted as they watch emerging young artists bring these stories to life. History buffs, thrill seekers and outdoor enthusiasts will all find fun opportunities just a short drive from Regent’s campus. Historical landmarks, including Jamestown and Colonial Williamsburg, offer a taste of Virginia’s past. Sandy beaches, state parks and golf courses offer a chance to enjoy the outdoors, and amusement parks like Busch Gardens offer roller coasters and other rides, along with entertaining shows and unique shops and restaurants.
