All Regent University student organizations and individual students should refer to this page for information on how to reserve special event rooms, conference rooms, classrooms, and the campus grounds. Choose your personal or group classification and whether this is a meeting or an event for correct procedure and/or form needing completion.
For student org table days, interest meetings, campus events, conferences, symposiums, competitions, and collection drives, complete the On-Campus Event Application.
Table days: Must be submitted 2 days in advance. Large, high-scale events: Must be submitted at least 6 weeks in advance. All other events: Must be submitted 3 weeks in advance.
For in-person student org internal planning meetings, complete the On-Campus Event Application.
For off-campus student org events, please complete the off-campus event application. Use this form for competition travel, local events, or traveling to a conference.
To reserve a classroom for a group project or study session, complete the Classroom Request Form – Simple Meeting. Must be submitted at least 3 days in advance.
Graduate students are able to reserve study rooms in the Law Library. Read more about the policies here.
To reserve an indoor or outdoor common area in Regent Commons or Regent Village for a social gathering not affiliated with a student organization (ex. Life Group event):
Commons: Complete the Common Area Reservation Request. Village: Email studenthousing@regent.edu or call 757.352.4895. Spaces available: picnic area/shelter, volleyball court, & basketball court.
To reserve a classroom for a film project casting call, complete the Classroom Request Form – Simple Meeting. Must be submitted at least 3 days in advance.
To reserve a classroom for a film project planning meeting (when no filming will occur), complete the Classroom Request Form – Simple Meeting. Must be submitted at least 3 days in advance.
To film on Regent University property (including CBN and Founder’s Inn), complete a Production Permit Application. Must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance.
To conduct a course-required photography session on campus, complete the Photography/Camera Course Permit Application, which can be obtained in the Admin Services office (ADM 116). Must be submitted 3 days in advance.
