Off-Campus Event Application

This application must be submitted no less than three (3) weeks before off-campus events, to include fundraisers, local trips, or overnight trips. Any misrepresentations in this application or deviation from the final agreed specifications described herein may result in revocation of event approval.

In the midst of concerns surrounding COVID-19, all off-campus event requests and student organization travel will be reviewed and considered on a case-by-case basis by the Office of Student Activities and Leadership (OSAL).

Be sure to review the Travel Guidelines in the Student Organization Handbook before completing this form.
