Supervisor Training - Level I

The Basic Supervisory Skills certificate requires completion of the following:
~Policies, Procedures & Legal Issues
~Motivation, Teamwork & Attitude
~Hire & Interview Training
~Performance Review Training
Anyone in a supervisory role is required to complete all four trainings listed above. It is encouraged for current supervisors who may have previously taken these classes to sign up for a refresher in order to remain current in how to properly address various managerial issues. We also welcome employees who are working towards becoming a supervisor and would like to learn the skills and knowledge necessary to fill this type of role.
