Undergraduate Programs

Associate of Arts in Psychology
A specialized two-year degree that can be taken on campus or online. This program familiarizes students with the key concepts and theories of psychology.

Bachelor of Science in Psychology
Prepares students for graduate programs in psychology or occupations that call for an understanding of the human mind. This program may be taken on campus or online.

Designed to accommodate the counselor training needs of pastors and other counselors in non-profit settings or international.

Doctoral Program in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.)
Accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA)**, can lead to licensure as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and is available in-residence at the Virginia Beach Campus.

Doctoral Program in Counselor Education & Supervision (Ph.D.)
The only online program of its kind. This program prepares counselors for university teaching and offers the training necessary to assume leadership positions within the mental health professions.

Joint Degrees
Individuals may choose to pursue degrees from more than one graduate school at Regent University.

Continuing Education Program
Regent University's School of Psychology and Counseling offers continuing education to meet the needs of LPCs, LMFTs, SATPs, LCPs, LCSWs, NCCs, school counselors, psychologists, and others working in the mental health and ministry fields. Meeting professional requirements for licensure and certification renewal has never been more convenient, as a number of seminars, workshops and online instruction are available.
