Biography
Professor Andrew Quicke spent 25 years writing, directing and producing for BBC television, Reuters Visnews, Clearview International cable television and in the 1980s as President of his own film company Kensington Film Services in Nottinghill, London. He has lived in London, Southern California, Bangkok Thailand and Jerusalem Israel where he was bureau news chief for CBN and Middle East Television. He joined Regent University as Associate Professor of International Broadcasting and has since specialized in film projects. Under his guidance as Executive Producer his students have won 6 CINE awards, 2 Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Awards, 2 Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Awards, the Communicator Award, a silver at Houston Worldfest and two consecutive first prizes for drama from the Broadcast Educational Association. His new book with feature cameraman Andrew Laszlo entitled "Every Frame a Rembrandt" published by Focal is selling well.
