Abstract

Some leaders do not implement strategies that can help their organizations with quality and performance. This book will push leaders to use strategies to better their organizations in the area of quality and performance. The purpose of this book is to teach leaders different strategies such as EFQM that can be used to help their organizations with quality and performance. Many resources were used. Regent university is where I studied for the past three years as a student in business school learning the “ins and outs” of the subject. This subject is relevant to my degree because it focuses on improving leadership and organizations. My analysis proved that there were many methods that leaders can apply to fix the performance as well as quality in their organizations. Many of the methods are easy to apply some methods require tools to make the process easier and fix the issue while some just require the leader to engage more with their team to fix the problem. My conclusion is that this book has at least one method that is applicable to a problem in an organization providing a solution to an organizational problem. My recommendation is that leaders read through this book and find at least one method that can help solve their organization’s problem.
