Abstract

This doctoral project introduces a strategic framework and program designed to build leadership capacity in an increasingly interconnected world, aimed at preparing leaders for success beyond 2025. Anchored in rigorous theoretical foundations, the program offers a personalized, culturally nuanced developmental journey for aspiring global executives and experienced leaders alike. Leveraging extensive multicultural leadership insights—particularly from Japan, Turkey, and the United States—it emphasizes the critical importance of global leadership development and the expanded participation of women in senior roles, while providing pathways for all leaders to realize their full potential.

The program cultivates personal mastery, strategic agility, and transcultural competence within a psychologically safe environment. It combines professional coaching, psychometric assessments, peer collaboration, and experiential reflection in a meticulously designed cohort structure, fostering both individual growth and collective transformation. Delivered through five modules within a learning management system, the capstone integrates reflection and practical application, translating insights into actionable strategic leadership initiatives.

This evidence-based, culturally responsive framework offers organizations a scalable model for developing agile, globally minded leaders. Its comprehensive design supports impactful leadership growth across diverse teams, sustaining organizational excellence and empowering leaders at all levels to ascend to transformative roles within a competitive global landscape.
