Abstract

In a world of accelerating change, Christian leaders are called to guide their organizations with wisdom and foresight. This project introduces the Biblical Strategic Foresight Leadership Training Curriculum, a program designed to equip leaders to anticipate, prepare for, and leverage emerging trends in alignment with God’s divine purpose.

While exemplary leaders possess a strategic mindset, this curriculum provides a systematic framework for developing and refining that mindset from a distinctly biblical perspective. It moves beyond secular forecasting models to ground strategic thinking in the character and calling of a Christian leader.

The curriculum’s primary objective is to empower leaders across every sphere of influence—ministry, business, government, the military, non-profits, and entrepreneurship—to navigate challenges to their organization’s mission, vision, and objectives. By integrating scriptural principles with proven strategic methods, participants will strengthen their leadership style, sharpen their attributes, and elevate their impact. Ultimately, this training cultivates leaders who build resilient, innovative, and God-honoring organizations for lasting impact.
