Bio

Ms. Meredith Ader serves as the Head of Research and Instruction for the Regent University Library and as the School of Education’s Program Chair for the Master of Science in Library Science program (launching January 2026) while also pursuing a Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction in Higher Education. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes accessibility, student mentorship, and the creation of welcoming library experiences that support both academic excellence and spiritual formation.

As former Director of the Library at Roberts Wesleyan College and Northeastern Seminary (B.T. Golisano Library) in New York State, Ms. Ader managed the LEED-certified facility, oversaw budgets, implemented ADA compliance audits and enhanced resource sharing systems, and championed innovative programs including the BELL Program Internship initiative and a dedicated area for reflection and spiritual renewal within the library.

At Elim Bible Institute and College (S. Joy Niswander Library) in New York State, Ms. Ader served concurrently as Library Director, Instructor, Registrar, Academic Advisor, and Designated School Official (SEVIS). She established information literacy programming and coursework, developed local and national partnerships, enhanced and cataloged the collection, assisted in initial accreditation processes and maintained TRACS compliance, and collaborated campus-wide to accomplish academic goals.

When serving as Director of Carolina Christian College (Aubrey L.
