Pro-Life and Pro-Baby = Pro-Baby by Any Means?

We are commanded to love our neighbor as ourselves. This commandment to love our neighbor is why we are a pro-life people. Does being pro-life mean pro-baby? Yes, of course. But does pro-baby mean pro-baby by any and all means? Should we cheer the making of babies through and related laws of assisted reproduction: in-vitro fertilization (IVF), third-party conception, surrogacy, etc.?
