Claire Foster, Ph.D.

Bio

As Executive Vice President for Advancement & Enrollment at Regent University, Dr. Claire Foster provides leadership to the departments of Advancement, Marketing & Public Relations, and Enrollment Management. She oversees student recruitment and enrollment initiatives, constituency development, and institutional marketing and communications.

Dr. Foster is also an adjunct faculty member in the School of Business & Leadership at Regent, where she develops and instructs marketing courses in master’s and doctoral programs.

Recognized for her expertise in strategic growth initiatives, Dr. Foster has more than 20 years of experience in higher education, including her service on the executive staff for both the Founder of Liberty University and the Founder of Regent University. She received the prestigious Top 40 Under 40 award from Inside Business, as well as the NextGen award from Coastal Virginia Business Magazine, and Fierce Education also honored her as a next-generation higher education leader.

Dr. Foster holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Music.
