Global Business Continuity Plan for Multinational Operations

Global Business Continuity Plan for Multinational Operations

Ebonie T. Pritchett | 2025

Abstract

This study investigates the development of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) strategies across security, global leadership, law enforcement, and communication domains. The research proposes a comprehensive framework that bridges organizational resilience—both planned and adaptive—with organizational performance in multinational corporations. Through deductive reasoning, the study analyzes existing literature to progress from general principles to specific findings. The research evaluates location-specific operational risks and their potential impacts, leading to targeted action items including the establishment of cybersecurity response teams, standardization of security protocols across law enforcement divisions, and implementation of crisis communication systems. These measures, coordinated through global leadership initiatives, form an interconnected strategy. The resulting framework demonstrates how deductive reasoning can be applied to create tailored risk mitigation strategies that address organization-specific challenges.
