About The Human Resource Development Research Roundtable
The Human Resource Development Roundtable (HRD) is premised upon providing environments conducive to the facilitation of learning through the direct and persistent practice of thinking, scholarship and application of HRD principles. The Human Resource Development Roundtable is fostered upon the beliefs that human resource development should be predicated upon deliberate and sustained confrontation with the seminal works of the genre in concert with the new and cutting edge. The presenters will be constantly afforded the opportunity to ascertain how things are, to develop their powers of reason, understanding and communication, and to help them arrive at rational opinions of their own based upon biblical inquiry. The HRD Roundtable anticipates that attendees and presenters will create a learning milieu where scholars meet in an environment of the highest academic decorum.

About the Consulting & Strategic Foresight Research Roundtable
The Consulting & Strategic Foresight (CSF) Research Roundtable explores and examines innovative insights, practical applications and emerging trends, tools and techniques in the world of organizational consulting and strategic foresight. While the emphasis is on professional development through best practices, the CSF Roundtable also welcomes papers that are grounded in theory, whether organizational development, strategic management or industry transformation. Papers should fuel the exchange of practical ideas, identification of problems and discussion of relevant issues, and contribute to a broader understanding and enrichment of consulting practice. Contributions may address such subjects as the application of innovative consultation methods/strategies, emerging trends in organizational consulting, consulting in an international or cross-cultural setting and the application of consulting practice to other arenas. The CSF Roundtable anticipates that attendees and presenters will create a learning milieu where scholars meet in a collegial environment of academic and spiritual inquiry.
