Annual Film Festival Celebrates Student Talent

The film festival experience is part of developing the skills necessary to become a talented filmmaker. Recognizing this, Regent University's Council of Graduate Students annually sponsors the OTIS Film Festival for undergraduate and graduate filmmakers.
