International Students

The process for securing Student Housing is primarily the same for all students. Allowing more time for paperwork to be received and acceptance to be approved is the most critical issue for international students. We encourage international students to start the application process early.

Please follow these basic housing application steps:

  1. Complete an online housing application immediately upon official acceptance into Regent University.
  2. Pay the $30 (U.S.) non-refundable application fee online opens in a new browser window to activate your application, or mail it to:

  3. Expect an e-mail from Student Housing approximately one month prior to your expected arrival date regarding your housing status. Every effort is made to accommodate international students in either the Village (for married students and students with children) or the Commons (for single students).
