Abstract

The Leader, Elder, Ambassador, and Deacon (LEAD) curriculum is a comprehensive church leadership development program designed to equip emerging and existing leaders with the theological, spiritual, and practical competencies necessary for transformative leadership within the local church. Rooted firmly in Biblical principles and historic Christian traditions, the LEAD curriculum addresses the urgent need for structured and theologically sound leadership training that prepares individuals to serve as leaders, elders, ambassadors, and deacons. Recognizing the complex and evolving challenges faced by contemporary churches, this curriculum adopts a structured, curriculum-based approach to ensure consistent, culturally adaptable, and spiritually grounded leadership development.
