Students will be able to:
- Understand and apply systems thinking to promote organizational and personal success
- Apply an advanced level of self-understanding to promote successful personal and professional relationships
- Demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills that value individuals and advance organizational missions
- Demonstrate proficiency in various information and communication technologies that are commonly used in personal and professional situations
- Have a plan to pursue life-long learning
- Be able to integrate a Biblical worldview into the practice of leadership and management
- Demonstrate the ability to identify ethical problems, make well-justified ethical decisions, and promote development of an ethical culture within an organizational culture
- Demonstrate an understanding of the inherent value of the individual and the role of diversity in effective organizations
