“The executive mentor program has incredibly benefited me as I grow in my career. As a young professional, I have learned many practical tools for developing in my career. I have also been able to share the season of life that I am in with my mentor as I am preparing to graduate from the MBA program, move, and get married. Not only has my mentor given me great professional advice but also tremendous personal advice as I learn to balance all of this. The program has been beneficial and low-stress. While it is a commitment to participate, I appreciate the mentee-led approach, which allowed me to share the areas in which I need support and also allowed us to plan around our schedules. The program has been incredibly beneficial without being burdensome.”

“The Executive Mentor Program was a game changer for me, and I strongly recommend it. My mentor and I initially focused on my professional development. With God's leading, our focus expanded to include my spiritual and leadership development. It became a holistic experience, which is why it worked. It was a phenomenal experience for me. The key is to approach it with an open heart and prayer. Be open to what God is doing in your life and the direction God is taking you. Pray to be matched with somebody who can help prepare you for where God is taking you, not someone who will help you stay where you are. Trust the process, and trust God”
Dawn Patterson, M.A. in Organizational Leadership, 2024 Mentee
